Last time I was here it was like the winter storm of the decade and we were here to play with Kid Rock and Jamey Johnson, but the Twisted Brown Trucker band got stuck in the storm and didn’t arrive until an hour and a half after they were supposed to start the show. Although a seeming disaster, it was actually one of the coolest Kid Rock concerts I’ve ever seen. First of all we got to play for 45 minutes instead of 25, which was awesome! Then Jamey’s band went on stage with Rock and they just winged it for an hour.

Ty Stone and The Truth Review

In the 9 times I've seen Ty Stone perform in the past 11 months, as I sing along to each and every song, I'm constantly being asked by the overwhelmed people standing next to me, "hey, who's this guy?" and "where is he from?". I am always happy to answer, "that's Ty Stone and The Truth, and they're from Detroit!"
